SMALL «Pizzetti» breakfast

This recipe came to us from Italy. Italians love to eat breakfast so small pizzas.
Yes and school children can distribute with a backpack)))
Ingredients:
500 g flour
250 g water
25 g yeast
40 g of an oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil (can be replaced and others)
1 teaspoon salt (without top)

Mix all the ingredients until the dough no longer sticks to the hands.
Put in a warm place for 50 minutes, the dough has come.
Roll out the dough thickness of about 3 mm.
Cut into circles or squares.
Add toppings.

Filling:
Tomatoes
Basil
Oregano

Sausage or ham (small pieces)
Put everything in the oven heated to 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
Then we take out of the oven with a ready-made pizza, add grated cheese, and again in the oven for another 5 minutes.
