Skewers of salmon

Skewers of salmon.

-Salmon fillet – 800 g.
-Soy sauce – 4 tbsp. spoons
-Honey – 4 tbsp. spoons
-Half chili


1. Soy sauce mix well with honey, and add the finely chopped chilli.

2. Fish fillet cut into medium-sized pieces and pour the fish sauce. Marinate for about 20 minutes.

3. strung on skewers, alternating with pieces of sweet pepper and cook until tender. When serving decorate with olives and herbs.
