Skewers of lamb with salsa

Cooking time: 1 hour 30 minutes.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

For the kebabs:
• Mutton — 500 g.
• pepper (red, yellow) — 2 pcs.
• Onions — 1 pc.
• Olive oil — 2 tbsp. spoons
• TABASCO original red pepper sauce — ½ teaspoon
• Cumin powder — ½ tsp
• Black pepper — to taste

For the salsa:
• Tomatoes without skin — 2 pcs.
• Tomato paste — 2 tbsp. spoons
• Garlic — 2 cloves
• Bulb — 1 pc.
• Red wine vinegar — 4 tablespoons. spoons
• Olive oil — 4 tbsp. spoons
• TABASCO original Red Pepper Sauce — 1 tsp.
• Cumin — ½ tsp.
• Salt, black pepper — to taste

Preparation:

Barbecue:
1. Mutton wash, dry and cut into pieces.
2. Pepper Wash, peel and cut into squares of 2×2 cm.
3. Onion peel and cut into 4 pieces, has fractured into pieces.
4. Alternating, to impose on a skewer pieces of lamb, peppers, onions.
5. Olive oil mixed with Sauce TABASCO, cumin, black pepper and mix well.
6. Get a greased barbecue marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour.
7. Skewer put on the grill and fry on both sides for about 8 minutes.
8. Serve with salsa.

Salsa:
1. Tomatoes Scald, peel, remove seeds and cut into cubes.
2. Onions and garlic peel and finely chop.
3. Oregano wash and separate the leaves from the stems.
4. Tomatoes, onions, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, sauces TABASCO mix in a blender.
5. Add salt, black pepper, cumin to taste.
