Skewer the chicken cooked in the oven, along with a side dish

-Chicken breast fillets 1 kg.
-The young zucchini 1 piece.
-Strong small fleshy tomatoes 2 pcs.
-Barbecue sauce Jack Daniels – any good alternative to the BBQ sauce 3 tbsp. l.
-Ground black pepper to taste
-Garlic 2 pieces.
-Large sea salt to taste
-Onion 1 pc.
-Cabbage 500g.
-Carrots 1 large pieces.
-Tomatoes 4-5 pcs.
-Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp. l.
-Salt to taste
-Black pepper to taste
-Marinade from kebab to taste
-Chicken broth 100 ml.

Onions, garlic, salt, pepper, ground to a pulp in the processor.
Either grate the onion and garlic on a small grater and mix with salt and pepper.
Add barbecue sauce, mix well.
Chicken chop and marinate in the sauce a couple of hours.
Zucchini and tomatoes cut into rings.
Skewered meat, alternating with vegetables on skewers.
Fry kebabs on a dry frying pan to the fire for a maximum of 30 seconds per side to meat “grab”. Takeout.
In the same pan, pour in the broth, put the cabbage and carrots.
Simmer for 20 minutes, add the marinade from the barbeque and chili sauce, stir. Try, if necessary, to rectify the salt / pepper.
Take a baking dish and place in it a side dish.
On cabbage lay the tomatoes, sliced. Top – barbecue.
And in the oven! For 10 minutes at 380 F. And then for a minute or two under the grill / Broglie to slightly charred skewers.
