Simple cake Salmon



Salmon fillet without bones and skin – 900g
Dill and basil, chop – 1 handful
Unsalted butter, softened at room temperature – 60 g
Lemon peel – 1 tsp..
Grain mustard – 1 tbsp. l.
Salt and pepper – to taste


Flour, sift – 240 g
Salt – 1 tsp..
Cold butter – 150 g
Cold water – 5 items. l.
The yolk – 1 pc.


1 hand or in a food processor, combine the flour, butter and salt to the crumb formation.
Put the flour mixture in a bowl and pour in the water.
2. Mix with a fork until a homogeneous dough. Wrap it with cling film and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Cover the baking tray with foil and brush with butter.
4. Mix the softened butter with the chopped herbs and zest.
5. Cut the fillet into 2 equal parts salt and pepper it.
6. Butter put on one side of a fillet (from bone), mustard – to another.
Combine 2 of the fillets (skin side) sandwich.
7. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it on the floured surface. In the middle lay out the fillets.
8. Close fillets test fish.
9. Pie grease with beaten egg and send bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
10. Remove from oven and cool slightly before serving.
