Shrimp with vegetables Asian-

Ingredients:
Shrimp — 340 g
Garlic — 3 cloves
Onion — 170g
Salt — ¼ tsp.
Cayenne pepper — ¼ tsp.
Canola oil — 1 tbsp. spoon
Green peas — 300 g
Red pepper — 300 g
Carrots — 300 g
Broccoli — 300 g
Vegetable broth — 2 tablespoons. spoons
Lemon juice — 1 tbsp. spoon

Preparation:

Place thawed and obsushennye shrimp in a deep dish. Add salt and cayenne pepper and mix well.
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Fry the shrimp, stirring often, for 5 minutes.
Put the shrimp back into the bowl, leaving the liquid in the pan.
Cut the onion, mince the garlic and place them in the pan. Broil for 3 minutes.
Cut the peppers, carrots and broccoli. Put them in a pan with pepper and pour the broth.
Reduce the heat to medium and cook the vegetables until they are tender but crisp — about 4 minutes.
Put the shrimp back into the pan, add the lemon juice and cook for 1 minute.
If desired, serve with rice and soy sauce.
