Continuing the theme of healthy food, which this week is dominated by blogs of my friends, I want to show you a tasty, healthy and easy in all respects salad of shrimp, sweet onions and avocados.
The highlight in this salad — coriander! It is used fresh, dried and hammer types. Yes, yes, all three types of cilantro give the original taste of the salad.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup of boiled shrimps without shell
• 1 ripe avocado
• 1 medium sweet onion, blue
• juice of 1/2 lime
• 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 5-8 sprigs fresh cilantro
• 1/2 tsp dried coriander
• couple pinches of ground coriander

Cooking method:      
1. shrimp cut into small pieces.

2. Green shred arbitrarily.

3. Diced avocado and chop the onion. Sprinkled with lime juice.

4. For the filling, mix the yogurt, olive oil and ground coriander.

5. Mix all salad ingredients with dressing.

6. spread the salad on a serving dish with the help of rings.

7.Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime slice, sprinkle with coriander seeds.
