Shrimp salad, apples and avocado in a creamy mustard sauce

Ingredients:
50-100 gr.krevetki peeled

or Peking cabbage (very finely chop)
1 avocado (ripe)
green onion
parsley (chopped)

sauce:
2-3 st.l.yogurta or fresh cream (can be mayonnaise)
1/2 tsp grain Dijon mustard
lemon juice + grated zest
sea ​​salt / pepper

Preparation:
1.Nashinkovat very thin cabbage, salt and sea salt and mash it to a soft elastic state.
2.Pochistit apple and avocado, cut into slices, and sprinkle generously with lemon juice to avoid darkening. Combine all ingredients in a salad with shrimp salad bowl, add finely chopped onion and parsley.
