Shrimp Fajitas.

1 lb cleaned and deveined shrimp

2 green bell peppers

1 red bell pepper

1/2 finely sliced onion

1 tsp minced garlic

1 garlic salt to taste

1 tajin seasoning to taste

1 pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

1.Start by slicing all your veggies and setting aside
2.Clean and devein your shrimp
3.Now heat olive oil in a large skillet, add fresh garlic cook for about 1 minute now add in your vegetables stir fry about 7 minutes or so. Once veggies are cooked down a bit add in shrimp and all seasonings as desired cook till shrimp are pink about 6 minutes.. Serve with warm tortillas, limes n your choice of sides..
