Semolina pancakes from Mom.
As a child I was very fond of my mother’s pancakes semolina krupy.Oni different from the ordinary that during cooking do not absorb a lot of oil. Better still bake in the oven, in special molds.

My mother’s recipe, but instead of baking powder she added slaked soda and sugar to pour in a glass.


– 1 tbsp semolina
– 1 tablespoon of yogurt,
– Article 2/3 of the sugar,
– A bag of vanilla sugar,
– 2 eggs,
– ’60 Melted butter,
– 1.5 tsp baking powder.

Cooking method:
Semolina mixed with yogurt and a pinch of salt. Cover with foil and let stand for at least 1 hour. Lightly beaten eggs with sugar, add in a lot of kefir, add the butter and pour the baking powder. Stir well. Fry the pancakes in a frying pan with vegetable oil or in the oven, in special molds.

Serve with sour cream or caramel sauce or berries.
