Semolina cakes with dried apricots

Ingredients (10 muffins):
1 tablespoon semolina
250 ml. yogurt
• 2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons sugar
a little vanilla sugar
• a pinch of salt

Preparation:
1.Venchikom beat eggs with sugar.
2.Add salt and baking powder and mix.
3.Vlit yogurt mix.
4.Postepenno pour the semolina, mixing the dough whisk quickly.
5.Zapolnyat molds 2/3 at the center put apricots.
6.Vypekat 40 minutes at 170 degrees C.
