Scrambled eggs on puff pastry.


— 200-220 grams of grated mozzarella
— 2 large eggs
— 2 strips of bacon
— Arrow 1 leek, finely chopped
— Arrows 2 green onions, finely chopped
— 1 sheet of puff pastry to defrost

1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
2. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet lay out. Take a bit of punctures with a fork. Put the grated cheese, chopped leeks and scallions around the perimeter of the test.
3. Cut the bacon and place it on top of cheese. Make a small hole between the layers of filling and to break the egg.
4. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown until cheese is melted and eggs are not grabbed.
