Scones with strawberries and almond streusel (Russian cuisine)

Scones strawberries almond streusel recipe.


3.5 cups of wheat flour
150 ml of milk
sugar 4 teaspoon
egg 1 piece
0.25 teaspoon salt
butter 100g
12 grams of yeast
Strawberry 300 grams
50 grams of almonds

Cooking method:
Mix milk, 3 tablespoons sugar, egg.

We sift the flour. Add the yeast to the milk-egg mixture, stir. Pour the melted butter (60 g) and add salt to the flour. Knead the soft dough. Cover with cling film and put in a warm place, so that the dough has doubled.

Punched dough and divide into 9 equal parts, roll down the ball.

Spread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and make recess.

Cover with towel and leave for 30 minutes.

Each ball again make an indentation with a cup.

Strawberries washed clean.

We spread it in the recess (cut into large and small and so can be put).

Almond grind, mix with flour, butter and sugar.

Sprinkle crumb our buns.

Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.

Very tasty with milk or unsweetened tea hot. Scones strawberries almond streusel is ready!
