Savoury pancakes with cottage cheese and garlic stuffing

Quite time-consuming to prepare appetizer.Tut and pancakes and toppings, all require podgotovki. No it’s worth it, believe me!

2 eggs
-1 Cup flour
-1 Cup milk
-sunflower oil
-a pinch of salt
-1-2 Beam chopped parsley (can be more)


100g Cheese pasta
-6 Dried tomatoes, finely chopped
-3-5 Tablespoons olive oil
-1-2 Teaspoons cumin
-1-2 Cloves of garlic, squeeze
1-2 carrots, boiled or baked, then cut
-salt and pepper


Mix and whisk the ingredients for pancakes, except for oil.

Then gradually begin to pour oil, bringing the mixture to a smooth consistency.

From the resulting dough fry thin pancakes and leave them on the plate while you prepare the filling.

For the filling, whisk hand blender all the ingredients for the filling.

Put a small amount of the resulting curd mass in the pancake, twist and press gently. Repeat this procedure with the remaining filling and pancakes.

Pancakes are ready!
