Sausages in potato


4 medium potatoes boiled in their skins;
3 sausages;
2 eggs;
3-4 tablespoons. l. flour (and a little flour for breading);
1-2 cloves of garlic;
cooking oil (frying);
salt, freshly ground black pepper – to taste.


Prepare the dough for potato sausage. Peel the potatoes, grate. Add the eggs, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. Add the flour and mix. Potato “dough” is ready. Prepare hot dogs.
Wet hands take a bit of potato dough, spread on the arm, put the sausage and spread the potato dough so that it is closed on all sides sausage. Breaded received “stick” in the flour. Similarly, repeat for the other “sticks”. Vegetable oil is warm, add the coarsely chopped garlic and ignited. Ensure that the garlic is not burnt. Garlic is removed from the oil.
