Sardines in Portuguese in the oven


10 pieces of sardines
2 cloves garlic (finely crumble)
1 tomato
6 st.l.olivkovogo oil
1 ch.l.ususa
black pepper

1. Heat oven to 200 degrees.
2. Sardines clean, wash, sprinkle with coarse salt and set aside for 30 minutes.
3. Olive oil mixed with vinegar, garlic and chopped tomatoes and peppers.
4. The gratin dish or baking fish laid on top to distribute the sauce.
Bake for 30 minutes.
