Samsa stuffed with cheese and spinach

Ingredients:

Flaky dough — 450 g
White cheese — 200 g
Frozen spinach — 100 g
Dill, parsley — 25 g (small bunch)
Egg — 1 pc.

Preparation:

1. Mash the cheese with a fork. Add cheese finely chopped greens, spinach, thawed egg.
2. Puff pastry cut into squares. I got boxes 15×15 cm.
3. In the center of each square to lay out the stuffing. Secure the ends of the squares in the middle.
4. Put the workpiece on the parchment paper.
5. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Samsa stuffed with cheese and spinach ready.
