Preparation:

2 large frozen mackerel that need to defrost under running water, wash, cut off the head, remove the entrails. Then rinse the fish and remove excess moisture with a paper towel.

Boil the brine: 4 table. tea spoon should pour 1 liter of boiling water meters. Strong tea should be used for brine, which will be thawed mackerel. The cold tea add 4 tablespoons of salt and as much sugar. Stir vigorously.
