salmon with peas a creamy wine sauce.


• 1 cup diced chum,
• 1/2 cup fresh or frozen peas,
• 1 small onion,
• 50 ml of dry white wine,
• 50 ml cream 10%
• 1/2 lemon
• butter,
• freshly ground black pepper.

Cooking method:   

1. Onion cut into small cubes.
2. In a saucepan melt the butter and fry the onion.
3. Add the onion to the wine and bring to a boil.
