Salmon baked with potatoes


Potatoes – 4-5 pcs.
Salmon fillets – 1 kg
Cherry – 6-8 pcs.
Celery, onion – to taste
Fragrant mixture of hot peppers, rosemary, salt – to taste
Olive oil – 4-5 Art. l.


1. fillets cut into large chunks. Pepper mixture of freshly ground pepper, a little salt and leave to soak for half an hour.
2. Cut the tomatoes into 4 parts, onion half rings, celery thin slices crosswise.
3. Boil the potatoes in their skins until half cooked. Then cool, peel and cut into round slices.
4. In a bowl, combine the potatoes, rastёrty rosemary, salt and olive oil. Add the tomatoes, onion and celery. Stir.
5. Spread all the pan with chunks of salmon, trying to keep the potatoes were underneath.
6. Bake in the oven on medium heat
