Salmon Avocado Salad

Ingredients:
Sweet pepper (orange) — 1 pc.
Avocado — 1 pc.
Celery — 2 stalks.
Salted salmon — 150 g
Cheese — ’30
Lemon — 2 mug.
Fresh herbs.
Salt and pepper — to taste.

Preparation:
1. Avocado cut in half, remove the seeds, peel and cut into pieces.
2. Peppers cleaned of seeds, remove the stalk and cut into slices.
3. Salmon cut into pieces. Staley celery cut into slices.
4. Cheese cut into thin strips, add chopped herbs and pour the lemon juice.
5. Mix everything and put in greased bowl of lemon crust.
6. Decorate as desired.
