Salad with squid and apples


– 2 small squid carcasses.
– 1 medium apple (sweet and sour)
– 1 medium carrot
– 125g (package) plain yogurt
– 10ml lemon juice
– Hot red pepper
– greenery

Carcasses of squid cleaned from the skin, gut (if you have that gut). In a small saucepan, boil water, salt the, add a slice of lemon, a sprig of dill, and can “throw” into the water squid. Cook for about a minute. Welded squid dry and cut into strips.

For the sauce:
