Salad with squid and apples


— 2 small squid carcasses.
— 1 medium apple (sweet and sour)
— 1 medium carrot
— 125g (package) plain yogurt
— 10ml lemon juice
— Hot red pepper
— greenery

Carcasses of squid cleaned from the skin, gut (if you have that gut). In a small saucepan, boil water, salt the, add a slice of lemon, a sprig of dill, and can «throw» into the water squid. Cook for about a minute. Welded squid dry and cut into strips.
