Salad with salted trout and oranges.

Getting ready for Christmas!
This exquisite and delicious salad will decorate your holiday table!

Ingredients:

• Trout salted (or salmon) – 200g,
• Eggs boiled – 3 pieces,
• medium-sized orange – 1 pc,
• pitted olives – 30g,
• Cheese – 40g,
• Mayonnaise – for refueling,
• Salt – to taste
• Freshly ground pepper – to taste.

For decoration:

• Red caviar – 1-2 tablespoons
• Olives.

Preparation:

1) First, prepare all the ingredients.

Eggs: Separate whites from the yolks. Yolks chop knife. Proteins grate.

Trout: cut into small squares.

Orange: Wash, peel and cut clean from fibers. Orange slices clear from the “walls”, the flesh into cubes.

Cheese: grate

Olives: Cut strips.

2) Now assemble the salad layers in the following sequence:

1 layer – half protein + + a bit of mayonnaise, salt and pepper,

2 layer – egg yolks + a bit of mayonnaise + a bit of salt and pepper,

3 layer – half of the trout,

4 layer – olives,

5 layer – the remaining trout

6 layer – cheese + mayonnaise

7 layer – orange,

8 layer – the remaining proteins + mayonnaise + a bit of salt and pepper.

3) to decorate the salad on top of red caviar and olives.
