● salted salmon – 400 grams
● hard cheese – 200 grams
● boiled potatoes – 3 pieces
● boiled eggs – 3 pieces
● apples – 3 pieces
● bow – 3 onions
● mayonnaise – 300 grams
● red caviar for decorating salad – 150 grams
● lettuce – for decoration, vegetable oil for frying onions
1.Nuzhno grate the potatoes on a coarse grater

6. When all of the products produced, spread salad on a plate layers, each layer of grease with a thin layer of mayonnaise: 1st – layer – salmon and fried onions – oil the mayonnaise. 2nd layer – potatoes – lubricates mayonnaise. Third layer – the apples – the smear layer with mayonnaise. 4th layer – cheese – spread with mayonnaise. 5-th layer – protein – lubricates mayonnaise. 6th layer – egg yolks and a little cheese – spread with mayonnaise.

7. When assembled salad, give soak before serving, for 3 hours, and even better cover it with cling film and refrigerate overnight for impregnation. Before serving, decorate the dish with red caviar and lettuce.
