Salad with salmon and herbs.

-Salmon fillets 110 g
-Sol 2 of chips.
-Ground black pepper 2 of chips.
-Spinach 200 g
-Arugula 200 g
-Oranges 1 pc.
-Almond 60 g
-Lemon 1 pc.
-Olive oil 1 hour. L.

Cooking method:  

Sprinkle salmon fillets with salt and pepper and fry in a pan on medium-high heat for 5 minutes on each side.
Put on a plate of spinach, arugula, orange slices and chopped almonds.
Mix together in a small bowl the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Finely chop the salmon fillet (or split into pieces with two forks) and add to the salad.
Drizzle with lemon sauce, stir and serve.
