Ingredients:
– 1 fresh tomato
– Half sweet pepper
– 2 fresh mushrooms
– 3-4 sprigs of parsley (most importantly add it)
– 1/2 – 2/3 Art. boiled brown rice
– Quartered red onion
– olive oil
– balsamic vinegar
– salt
Cooking method:
Coarsely chop the tomatoes. Pepper cut into strips. Mushrooms – thinly lengthwise. Onion – thin half-rings on. Parsley big break.
Mix all ingredients, add salt, season with oil and vinegar to taste.
