Salad with red fish.

Ingredients:
— 200 grams of salted trout
— 50 g of cheese
— 2 eggs,
— 2 tomatoes,
— 2-3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
— Parsley (Green) (for decoration).

Preparation:
1. Boil eggs, cool and clean. Grate cheese and eggs. Tomatoes and fish cut into small cubes.
2. In the salad bowl put a layer of fish and fluff with mayonnaise.
3. The second layer put grated eggs and mayonnaise fluff.
4. Next, a layer of grated cheese and mayonnaise.
5. Place the cubes on top sliced ​​tomatoes.
6. Garnish with mayonnaise and parsley.
7. Keep in refrigerator for 2 hours for impregnation.
8. Serve the festive table.
