Salad with quail eggs and cheese.

-boiled quail eggs 10-20 pc.
-cheese 50 gr.
-mix salad (arugula, Radhika) to taste
-garlic cloves 2 pieces.
-unsharp mustard 2 h. L.
-olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
-Orange 1 piece.
-Salt and black pepper to taste
-small baguette to taste

Cheese put in the freezer for 10 minutes, it is well to cut.

Baguette break into small pieces.

Crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife, put a cold pan, pour oil and heat until the garlic browns.

Remove garlic, slices of baguette to dip into the oil and fry in a pan in a preheated 380F oven for 10-12 minutes.

With orange rind removed, squeeze the juice.

Mix the juice, zest, mustard, oil, salt and pepper, whisk.

Put lettuce on plates around the quail eggs and slices of baguette, pour the sauce and sprinkle with cheese slices.
