Salad with penne, shrimp and avocado.

• 100g penne solid honeycomb wheat
• 250 g boiled shrimps without shell,
• 100 g yellow cherry tomatoes,
• 1/3 avocado,
• 1/3 red onion,
• beam arugula,
• a pair of sprigs of basil,
• lemon juice,
• 1 clove of garlic,
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard,
• 25 ml. white wine vinegar,
• 40 ml of olive oil.

Cooking method:  
1. From Lemon Juice.
2. Avocado purify and cut into thin slices.
3. Pour the avocado with lemon juice so it does not darkened.
4. Onions cut into half rings.
5. Cherry tomatoes cut in half.
6. From the garlic, mustard, vinegar and olive oil dressing prepare.
7. Shrimp Penne and mix with half the dressing. Mix thoroughly.
8. Add the remaining ingredients and stir gently.
9. Use a serving ring spread salad on plates.
10.Decorate with fresh herbs and pour remaining sauce on top.
