Salad with pears and blue cheese.


— 1 pear,
— A small piece of blue cheese,
— A couple of slices of bacon,
— A handful of pecans,
— Rucola, or any other,
— 1 tbsp honey
— 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar.

Everything is very simple! Pear cut into slices. Just cut cheese. Although cutting may be any. Nuts are lightly fry in a dry frying pan. In the same pan fry the bacon, dry it on a towel. Do not pouring the resulting oil, add honey and vinegar. Give boil. On a plate put the salad on top of cheese and pear slices, sprinkle with nuts and pour the warm sauce. Optionally, you can do differently. In a frying pan which roasted bacon, add a little butter and fry pear, then sprinkle it with honey and balsamic vinegar. Hold the pan no more than a minute. And then put on a salad with cheese, sprinkle with nuts and pour sauce formed during frying.
