-Mussels 500 gr.
-Eggs (hard boiled) 3 pc.
-White wine (dry) 100 ml.
-Lettuce, beam 1 pc.

-Parsley, a bunch of 1 pc.

-Raspberry vinegar to taste optional

-Garlic 2 pieces.
-Basil leaves 8 pcs.
-Lime 1/2 pcs.

Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil until the onion is translucent.
Add the mussels and wine, simmer over high heat about 5-8 minutes. Salt and pepper.
Remove the mussels holey spoon and set aside to cool.
Preparation of filling:
Squeeze the garlic in oil, finely chop the basil leaves and send oil.

Finely chop the parsley and cilantro.

Put the salad on a plate, top – mussels, sprinkle with raspberry vinegar.
