Salad with mackerel and bacon.
Ingredients:
-1 medium head lettuce
-1 small smoked mackerel
-400g cherry tomatoes or large tomato
-5-6 slices of white toast bread
-100g bacon
-4 tbsp olive oil
-2 tbsp lemon juice
-salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Bacon cut into thin slices and fry.
Pour 2 tablespoons in the pan olive oil. Put the bread cut into cubes. And bake in the oven until crisp condition, about 10 minutes.
Cut tomatoes. Salad put in a salad bowl. On top of the fish, tomatoes and cut into small pieces of bacon.
Lemon juice, beat with a fork with the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Pour salad dressing and put on top of crackers.
