Salad with ham, mushrooms and tortellini


Serves 4
Tortellini with cheese 250g
Olive oil ¼ cup
Red wine vinegar 2 tablespoons
Fresh rosemary 2 teaspoons
Garlic 1 clove
Sugar ½ tsp
Ham 1.5 cups
Marinated mushrooms 110g
Red bell pepper 1 cup
Black olives, pitted ½ cup
Green onion bulb with 450 pieces
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Grated parmesan cheese to taste

1. Bring to the boil slightly salted water in a saucepan. Add the tortellini and cook until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.

2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, chopped rosemary, chopped garlic and sugar. Add the tortellini, diced ham, chopped pepper, sliced ​​mushrooms, chopped olives and green onions. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

3. Cover the foil and leave at room temperature for 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
