Salad with eggplants and tomatoes.

eggplant — 3 pieces,
Tomatoes — 3 pieces,
sweet pepper — 4 pcs,
onions — 2 heads,
lemon juice — 2 CT. l
vegetable oil — 5 tablespoons. l
salt to taste.

Eggplant, tomatoes and peppers baked, cool slightly and peel, we shall cut slices. We shall cut onions into half rings, connecting with the prepared vegetables, sprinkle with lemon juice and salt. When submitting Dress the salad with oil and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
