Salad with carrots, peppers and chicken.


100g carrots
100g sweet pepper
100g chicken
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tbsp. Spoon sour cream
a pinch of salt
a pinch of thyme (or a couple of sprigs of fresh)

Cooking method:

1. Carrots cut into strips (or grate), pepper – thin slices. Chicken – small thin slices.
2. In a frying pan, pour oil, heat and fry for 3 minutes on it chicken.
3. At the end add Worcestershire sauce, and warm up for about 30 seconds to evaporate the liquid.
4. Carrots, peppers and fried chicken add up in a bowl, add the chopped garlic, sour cream and salt.
5. Before serving, sprinkle with thyme
