Salad with arugula, avocado, pepper and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients:
-Arugula taste
-Avocado 1 pc.
-Tomatoes 2-3 pcs.
-Sweet pepper 1 pc.
-Onion 1 pc.
-Eggs cooked 2 pieces.
-Cheese 20 gr.
-Mustard French beans 2 tbsp. l.
-Olive oil 3-4 tablespoons. l.
-Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
-Salt to taste

Preparation:
In a salad bowl send arugula, sliced tomatoes, onions, peppers, avocados and eggs.

In a small bowl, mix the mustard, oil and lemon juice — beat with a fork (the sauce thickens slightly).

Salad dressing and season with salt.

On top of the salad to put thinly sliced Parmesan.
