Ingredients:
Chicken grudka- 300-400 grams,
mushrooms – 300 grams,
Bow repchatyy- 1-2 head
yaytsa- 2-3 pcs.
pomidory- 2-3 pcs.
cucumbers – 2-3 pcs.
green onions – 1 bunch,
hard cheese – 100-150 grams,
olives.
Preparation:
1. Boil chicken breasts – chopped.
2. Mushrooms and onions cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil, with the addition of butter.
3. Boil eggs, cut into cubes.
4. Put the layers: chicken breast – sour cream, mushrooms, fried with onions – sour – sour boiled yaytsa-.
5. Decorating the top: pomidory- chopped cucumbers – straws + dill, cheese – grated, olives.
