SALAD VENICE

Ingredients:
• 400 grams of chicken breast;
• 300 grams of mushrooms;
• 200 grams of prunes;
• 200 g of cheese;
• 2-3 potatoes;
• 2-3 eggs;
• 1 cucumber;
• mayonnaise for refueling.
Preparation:
1. Pre-boil until cooked chicken breast, eggs and potatoes. Prunes pour boiling water for 15 minutes.
2. mushrooms fried in vegetable oil.
3. Put the split mold in layers, first cut pieces of medium prunes.
4. Then boiled chicken breast, chopped pieces. Layer mayonnaise.
5. Then, potatoes, diced. Layer mayonnaise.
6. Next, a layer of fried mushrooms. Mayonnaise after mushrooms do not add!
7. Then comes the salad layer of grated eggs on a small grater. Layer mayonnaise.
8. The next layer — cheese, grated on a coarse grater.
9. At the top of our Venetian rub cucumber salad on a medium grater or cut into thin rings. Decorate the salad at its discretion
