SALAD tomato, pepper-steak with anchovy dressing.


-1 large tomato
-The fourth largest pepper Grill (already peeled)
-A little green onion
-2 pieces of anchovies
-Tablespoon olive oil
-A few drops of balsamic vinegar
-Salt, pepper, thyme …

Cooking method:          

Tomatoes are scalded with boiling water, after crosswise notched apex. Then dip it in cold water. Remove the skin, cut tomatoes into quarters, remove the seeds and pulp into a separate bowl.
The pulp from the seeds with one anchovy pyuriruem blender, add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a little salt (to taste), pepper and thyme.
Chop onion finely, peppers cut into strips, quartered tomatoes cut in half again. Mix and spread on a plate. We place on top and pour the anchovy salad dressing. Sprinkle with thyme.
