Salad with strawberries, arugula and couscous

INGREDIENTS
250 g strawberries
250 g couscous
120 g arugula
1 slice of lemon
2 tbsp. l. pine nuts
salt, freshly ground pink pepper

For the filling:

balsamic vinegar
powdered sugar
olive oil

COOKING METHOD
Couscous pour into a container, add salt, season with olive oil (1-2 tbsp. L.). Boil water and pour over the couscous so that the liquid covers its top about 2 cm. Tightly close the container with a lid and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Arugula wash, dry and go through. Wash strawberries, remove the stalk, dry. Cut the berry: the largest four parts, small — in half. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

In a small bowl combine all the ingredients for the filling and actively mix with a fork. Try it, and if necessary, adjust the taste.

Couscous with a fork to loosen and shift the slide in a salad bowl with a wide bottom. Top with arugula and strawberries, season with pepper. Sprinkle with pine nuts salad, pour the dressing. Post without mixing.
