• 1 bunch radishes
• 2 fresh cucumber
• 2 fresh tomatoes
• 3-4 leaf of lettuce and parsley and dill
• 100g canned corn or 8 small corncobs
• 200g of ham

To the basket:
• 50-75g of cheese, preferably “Chader”
• 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil

For the sauce:
• 200g cream
• 50g of yoghurt (peach or apricot)
• 1 tbsp. tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tbsp. spoon vegetable oil, better olive
• 1 teaspoon soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon French mustard with grains
• Salt to taste
1.Snachala prepare a cheese basket. To do this, we shall rub cheese on a coarse grater and spread on a baking sheet, parchment-strewn and smeared with oil.
2. On 1 minute put in a hot oven, and taking the ends of the paper, spread cheese on an inverted three-liter jar. Give cool.
3.Gotovim sauce. Mix sour cream, yogurt, soy sauce, lemon juice, oil, mustard and a pinch of salt. Put the sauce in the fridge.
4.A Now for salad. Tomatoes cut slices, radish and cucumber – slices, ham. Some vegetables will leave for decoration.
5.Ostalnye chopped vegetables, along with corn and a rolled ham, cheese spread in the basket on the leaves of lettuce.
6.Pered serving, pour salad dressing. Decorate with vegetables and herbs.
