Salad with persimmon, dried meat and cheese Dor Blue

Ingredients:

— Kochanchiki — packing lettuce. (better arugula)
— Large persimmon — 1shtuka
— 100g jerked meat (jamon quite acceptable)
— 60g of cheese Dor Blue
— olive oil
— And a choice of: balsamic or balsamic vinegar. The first time I used with balsamic figs, very tasty. Today — raspberry vinegar. I really liked it.

Cooking method:    

Lettuce (if it is an ordinary, in pots) mine, dry them, rvёm. Arugula just wash and put in a bowl.
Persimmon cut into slices, put on top of the salad.
Tooonenko- meat cut thinly. We place on slices of persimmon.
Break the cheese into small pieces, sprinkle with salad.
Seasoned with oil and vinegar (a little) and freshly ground black pepper.
