Very tasty salad.
We need:
• 1 kg.morkovi,
• 2 medium onions (I had at 130-150 g)
• 300-350 gr.vetchiny,
• mayonnaise.

Cooking method:
1.Pochistit carrots, rubbed on a coarse grater or food processor. In a frying pan pour a little vegetable oil and put carrots. Cooking (stirring) over high heat for 5 minutes, then close the lid, make the fire below average and bring carrots until cooked. Leave to cool.
2. 2 medium onions finely chopped and pour the hot marinade.
Marinade – pour into a saucepan with 250 ml of water, add 3 tablespoons of sugar, 0.5 tablespoons of salt. Boil, pour 50 ml of 9% vinegar. How cool marinade, onions ready.
3. ham cut into strips. Joining the ingredients and fill the salad is recommended immediately before serving.
