
Salad with olives, pineapple and pork
Ingredients:
-Corn, Bank 1 pc.
-Olives, Bank 1 pc.
-Pork 300 gr.
-Canned pineapple, Bank 1 pc.
-Onion 1 pc.
-Mayonnaise 200 gr.
-Salt to taste
Preparation:
Pork boil in salted water until tender.
Cut squares of medium size boiled pork.
Onions cut into half rings or just large squares and fry until golden brown.
With draining pineapple and chopped.
Olives cut into circles.
Mix together pork, olives, onions, corn, pineapple, and dressed with mayonnaise. All mix well and give it brew for a salad in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
