• 1 small head red cabbage
• 1 small head cabbage
• 2 pcs. medium carrot
• 1 can of corn (canned)
• 1 bunch of parsley
• 100 g of yogurt (or sour cream)
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 3 tsp sugar
• 0,5 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp mustard (Dijon)
• to taste black pepper (ground)

Process prigotovleniya:
1.Koulslo – a salad on the basis of European vegetables – cabbage. He’s incredibly popular not only in Europe but also in the United States, where almost every family has its own version of this salad.
2.Belokochannuyu red cabbage and finely chop. Mash hands. Carrot peel and grate.
4. From drained canned corn.
