Mozzarella – 340 g
Fresh basil leaves
Olive oil

Cooking method:      

In a small saucepan over low heat bring to a boil (10-20 minutes) balsamic vinegar …
… until thick. Remove from heat and cool.
Cut the cheese …
… and tomatoes.
Arrange alternating mozzarella, tomato …
… and basil leaves on a plate.
Sprinkle with olive oil …
… then prepared balsamic sauce.
On top sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
