SALAD “California roll”

SALAD “California roll”.


-A cup of cooked rice.
-20 pieces of boiled shrimp.
-One cucumber.
-One avocado.
-One sheet of nori.
-Pickled ginger.
-Soy sauce (’50)
-Rice vinegar (’50)
-Sesame seeds.

Cooking method:   
Avocado cut into small cubes, chop cucumber strips (gently squeeze), chop the shrimp and ginger. Mix all the ingredients.
For the filling mix the soy sauce with vinegar and add wasabi to taste. Drizzle with salad dressing and garnish with sesame seeds and small pieces of nori.
