Ingredients:
Mushrooms – 250 g
Red pepper – 1 pc.
Onions – 1 pc.
Orange – 1 piece.
Garlic – 2 cloves
Parsley
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp. l.
Olive oil – 4 tbsp. l.
Salt and pepper – to taste
Spices (oregano and basil)
Preparation:
1. Mushrooms cut into 4 pieces and boil in lightly salted water.
2. Chop onion half rings and a bit simmered in olive oil.
3. Sweet peppers cut into thin strips and add to the onions for 1-2 minutes to warm up. There also put the chopped parsley, squeezed garlic, basil and oregano ground.
4. Mix and warm on the fire for 1 minute. Turn off the fire.

6. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, mix well. Cover the pan with a lid and give a little brew.
7. Warm salad out onto a plate and ready to be served.
