Sacher cake

Ingredients 4 servings
Chocolate 300 g
Butter 125g
Sugar 250 g
3 pieces of chicken egg
Wheat flour 150g
Cocoa powder 25g
Almond 60 g
Apricot jam 110 g
Cream 160 ml

1. Melt 100 grams of chocolate in a small bowl, set over a pan of boiling water, cool.

2. Beat butter and sugar with an electric mixer, add the eggs one at a time, still whisking. There also add the sifted flour, cocoa, ground almonds and melted chocolate.

3. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a round shape for a cake with a diameter of 23 cm. Get parchment. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for about an hour until cooked.

4. While the cake is baked, cook sweet. Stir to melt 200 grams of chocolate and cream in a bowl set over a pan of boiling water.

5. Finish biscuit let stand in oven for 10 minutes, then put on the rack and cool completely. When cool, cut in half, to smear jam. Put back on the rack and coat sweet. The rest of sweet warm up and pour on top.
