Russian buns for tea


— Flour — 4 cup
— Sugar — ¾ cup
— Baking powder — 3 teaspoons
— Salt — ½ tsp
— Vegetable oil — ½ cup
— Orange juice — ¼ cup
— Vanilla — 1 tsp
— Egg — 3 pieces
— Softened butter
— Raspberry jam
— Raisins and chopped walnuts
— Sugar + cinnamon for dusting


Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a hole in the middle. Mix the oil, orange juice, vanilla and 3 eggs. Pour this mixture into the hole and knead the dough. Lightly knead with his hands, wrap in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Divide the dough into 4 pieces, roll each into a rectangle. Apply a layer of butter, then jam. Sprinkle with raisins and walnuts. Twist and roll the dough and cut it to 10-14 parts. Put rolls on a baking sheet, greased with butter, and the laid paper baking. Sprinkle with cinnamon rolls and sugar mixture and bake for 25 minutes in a preheated 190 degree oven.
